I found this site/link at the cpluplusforos2andecs group.
Could it be useful for OS/2-eCS or a clone of or part of
it?

I know about EDM/2. As I am the spam remover there. lol

Is there any other source of documentation I could use. Those of you
that are familiar with WPS programming, what did you use to begin?

Thank you,

"
Kernel selected. It is L4 Microkernel [3].
Most probably ReactOS will be ported to L4
also (things happen). As result we can have
'Virtual drivers' like from L4Linux [4].
"

Does anyone know more about this kernel?
Is it a good kernel to base OSFree on?
