Description from the author: 

"This SupportPac provides the capability, via a Dynamic Link Library 
called RxECI, the ability to call the CICS ECI as an external function. 
The DLL can be used from both an OS/2 CICS client and an OS/2 CICS server. 

In addition, a second DLL is supplied, RxETI, that can be used to call the 
CICS ETI from a server. 

A prototype DLL (RXEPI.DLL) for the EPI interface is also provided. 

It is envisaged that theses interfaces can be used to undertake fast 
prototyping of an application to demonstrate how CICS OS/2 can be used to 
provide a solution to a customer's particular business problem. 

To install the SupportPac, copy the file CA31.ZIP to a temporary directory 
and uncompress using InfoZip's Unzip (use the default options to ensure 
the subdirectories stored in the ZIP file are re-created).  In the RXCICS 
sub-directory you will find a file CA31.INF.  Use the OS/2 VIEW command to 
view the file.  Appendix A provides installation details."
