The function SysSleep

Note that there is no guarantee that the function <SysSleep sleeps exactly 
the time given to it as parameter. The real sleep time depends on the 
system load of the running OS/2 system. Therefore you should use a routine 
like for example Wait until a specific time if you're using SysSleep to 
wait for a specific time.
