TEXTBLTINFO Field - pGlyphIndicies

 pGlyphIndicies (PLONG) 
    Pointer to glyph indices. 

    This string can also be modified based on lGlyphCnt conditions.  Refer 
    to GLYPHINFO for example structures to access glyph information.  The 
    lowest byte is used to access the low byte table and the 2nd to lowest 
    byte is used to access the high byte table.
