PMIREQUEST_IDENTIFYADAPTER - Remarks

This API can be executed without loading the .PMI file. The API serves as 
a quick test for whether the video represented by the pIn .PMI file is 
supported. If it is supported, the pAdapter->Adapter structure is filled. 
For any subsequent use of VIDEOPMI, PMIREQUEST_LOADPMIFILE has to be 
executed.
