If you need help with CMD.EXE, we encourage you to review our 
documentation and then contact us for assistance if required. 

If you need help with sales, ordering, or shipments (including defective 
disks or other materials which were shipped to you), or with brand codes,

If you need technical support for CMD.EXE, review the Technical Support 
information section, which tells you what we need to know to provide you 
with accurate and timely support.  Then contact us via one of the methods 
described there.  (The technical support staff cannot assist you with 
sales, ordering, replacement brand cards, or other administrative 
matters.)
