WindowState

WindowState = STANDARD | Maximize | Minimize:  Sets the initial state of 
the CMD.EXE window.  Standard puts the window in the default position on 
the OS/2 desktop, and is the default setting. Maximize maximizes the 
window; Minimize minimizes it.  If you use Maximize or Minimize, you may 
see the CMD.EXE window appear briefly in the Standard position as it is 
created by OS/2, then switch to the new state.
